We are looking for a Scrum Master for our Finance teams to fulfil a newly created role in our global product and agile organisation. You are passionate about delivery, enjoy facilitating teams and understand how to get the best out of people in a fast-growing environment.

  • Work with the Product Owner to manage the backlog and new requests.
  • Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it.
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
  • Drive team members to anticipate and resolve potential blockers (e.g., resource constraints), and ensure impediments and blockers are removed or escalated as needed.
  • Devise creative and viable solutions to complex challenges facing Product teams, including impediments and inefficiencies with ambiguous causes (e.g., identifying causes of perpetual delays).
  • Proactively and effectively communicate, persuade, influence, and negotiate on behalf of teams in dealing with stakeholders to address interdependencies and impediments.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and best practices to progress the work of the teams.
  • Live agile culture and values and spread your passion for them among other teams.
  • Engage and partner with Agile Coaches and Agile Portfolio Office (APO) to help identify and deliver against Agile training needs.
  • Contribute to the Scrum Master community with thought leadership and constructive feedback to support Technology’s Agile maturity.
  • Develop relationships of trust with team members, the Product Owner, and other key stakeholders (e.g., Domain Leadership and Technology Heads) to advance the Product team’s work.
