Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) Development Lead (Dorset)
Location: Dorset - Hybrid working home and office base (Beech House, Poole)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £32,612 per annum
Contract length: Fixed term contract initially to end July 2024

Charities and community groups play a huge role, especially at a time of financial crisis, in supporting our communities. CAN works tirelessly to support them to thrive and survive through delivery of training, webinars and one to one advice. Our current VCS Development Lead is sadly moving on, providing a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to work with voluntary and community groups in the Dorset Council area.
You’ll be joining a successful and friendly team providing professional and practical expertise – helping groups right from the start, empowering them to become strong and independent, with funding advice, good governance and management.
