Upholding brand values and increasing diversity within the workforce is key.

  • Provide project management support to the DE&I working group and UK office-based inclusion champions group.

  • Track and update our internal database with all DE&I Initiatives driven by our strategy in alignment with The Walt Disney Company’s (TWDC) strategic pillars (Transparency, Culture, Representation, and Marketplace).

  • Coordinate with the Human Resources Team and other key partners on ongoing internal DE&I work, onboarding, training, and other areas as needed.

  • Assist with both logistics and facilitation of our DE&I trainings, along with any other anti-bias workshops and trainings.

  • Support drafting, reviewing, and updating of presentations and trainings for internal and external audiences in PowerPoint and run presentation systems for meetings as needed.

  • Coordinate the scheduling of internal and external DE&I related meetings, events, or programming.

  • Support and collaborate with Disney Theatrical’s DE&I Working group.

  • Update and maintain our various DE&I Microsoft Teams folders, including the events calendar, resources, training materials.

  • Collaborate with Finance partners to track expenses charged to the DE&I budget.

  • Partner with HR and the legal team in vetting, onboarding, and contracting various DE&I consultants and third-party organisations.

  • Be a point of contact for the TWDC DE&I team and the Disney Diversity Business Employee Resource Group (BERG) as well as maintain strong links and synergy with the Inclusion Strategies team in New York.

The Experience We Require From You:

  • Experience of working with a performing arts or live events environment.

  • An understanding of working in a corporate environment and structure.

  • Significant and demonstrable experience in a DE&I support or advisory role.

  • Experience in researching and developing DE&I guidance and materials

  • Experience in developing and delivering DE&I training.

  • A balanced understanding of workplace inclusion across all protected characteristics.

  • A deep commitment to and interest in DE&I.

The Perks:

  • 25 days annual leave

  • Private medical insurance & dental care

  • Free Park Entry: You will have the opportunity to enter any of our parks with your family and friends for free

  • Disney Discounts: you are entitled to discounts on designated Disney products, resort F&B and ticketing

  • Excellent parental and guardian leave

  • Employee Resource Groups – WOMEN @ Disney, Disney DIVERSITY, Disney PRIDE, our new disability & neurodiversity focused group - ENABLED, and our Mental Health & Wellbeing Group, TRUST.
