Customer Service Administrator - Edinburgh

Things you need to know:
- Our full-time working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm (no evening or weekend shifts)
- The starting salary is £21,500, with a pay review after 6 months
- We are based in Central Edinburgh. We offer discounted parking at the local car park and are within walking distance of local trains and busses

What you will be doing?
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be providing support to the customer service team of a major financial company. Working in the back office, you'll be ensuring business administrative duties are compliant by organising and providing support to the members of our customer service team. This consists of filing, sending and receiving post, stationary requisitions and aiding the financial administration department.
What are we looking for?
- A passion for helping people and providing great service. This may have been gained through work in a call centre environment, retail, hospitality, travel or other customer focussed environments
- A desire to learn. From day one, we will invest in your professional development by providing extensive group and personalised training that will assist with your growth as a first-class Customer Service Representative.
- Familiarity using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc) and a variety of computer systems
