Position Overview & Specifications

Are you a creative storyteller who lives and breathes all things video and content creation? Here at Digital Voices, we drive growth for brands through the power of influence. We are looking for an Videographer and Editor with excellent motion design skills, to produce and edit videos for our own social media channels, and for a range of global industry-leading brands.


We’re looking for someone to:

  • Produce video content to a professional standard with a good understanding of style, typography, sound & color grading
  • Take ownership of our video output by improving the quality, creativity, consistency and delivery
  • Plan, film and edit our monthly podcast, along with regular events and conferences
  • Aid creatively in the video process, from initial ideation to final product
  • Stay up to date with trends and understand the social media landscape to make engaging, digital-first content
  • Effectively communicate to key stakeholders on expectations and current workflow.
  • Maintain all backups of footage and archived data in case of an emergency or loss.
  • Translate brand assets into custom motion graphics elements (particularly typographic animations etc.)
  • Work with the brand team to define the overall vision and reach marketing objectives
  • Collaborate with the wider team to set the standard for clients in the agency portfolio


About you:


You’ll have solid experience as a Videographer and Video Editor with expert knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects. You’ll have great knowledge of social video specs and styles on all platforms, as well as having a flair for telling stories through motion and sound. You flourish in a team environment, but have the drive to proactively plan and prioritize projects independently. You are a highly organized individual with a passionate and enthusiastic personality and has a natural ability for bringing creative ideas to life through attention to detail.

You’ll have:

  • The skills to create engaging content with a phone, as well as shoot high quality video with a camera (Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K)
  • A flair for telling stories, with good creative problem-solving skills
  • Solid experience as a Video Editor and Videographer with experience of working in an agency or production environment (minimum 3 years)
  • Expert knowledge in using Premiere Pro and After effects with intermediate knowledge of the rest of the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Animation skills & the ability to create or edit motion graphics in After effects
  • Experience across all areas of editing - including assembly, sound design, color grading and motion graphics
  • Previous experience editing branded content for social media
  • Knowledge of how specs and content styles change across YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
  • Experience with media management, archiving and feedback tools (like Frame.io)
  • Great understanding of online, offline & post-production workflows
  • Ability to analyze and improve processes
  • Extensive knowledge of Social Media analytics, scheduling sites & platforms
  • A responsible and diligent team player who is able to plan, prioritize and work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to deliver projects to tight deadlines whilst still maintaining a high quality of work
  • Capable of managing and editing multiple video projects at a time
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines
  • The ability to to travel to Central London for shoots
  • Has the initiative to contribute new ideas and pitch video concepts


Competitive base salary of circa £30 - 35K (dependent on experience)
