Machine Operator

As one of the fastest growing corrugated packaging companies in the UK we are looking for reliable, enthusiastic and hard working individuals to join our team. Successful candidates will be strong, talented and driven, comfortable in a factory environment, and ideally with previous machine experience.

Location: Pontypool, Torfaen

Working hours: Afternoon shift: Monday - Thursday 2pm - 9pm, Friday 1pm - 8pm.

Working 7 hours a day but paid for 8 including a paid 30 minute break.

Machine operators- die-cutters, gluing, flexo printing

Die-cutters - Semi automatic and automatic die cutters

Gluers - All aspects of gluing including multi point, 4 corner, 6 corner and crash lock.

Printing - up to 4 colour flexo rotary printing

Main duties include: Setting and operating a machine, feeding board, inspecting and changing parts, completing paperwork, following verbal and written instructions.

Experience preferred but training can be provided. Hourly rate between £10.50 - £13.00, dependant on experience and skillset.
