Role: Quality Improvement Coordinator
Location: Runcorn
Contract: 12 month FTC
Closing Date: 7th March 2023

Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team are problem-solvers, sourcing, producing and delivering our much-loved brands to delight customers around the globe. About the role
The Quality Improvement Coordinator will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing key procedures that will result in long term improvements and cost saving initiatives on and off site.

You will be working closely with operational teams and leaders and communication and influencing skills are vital to success in this role.

The role holder will also work within regulatory and compliance guidance so experience in this area will be an advantage.

The role will have an initial focus on inspection and disgorge activity but this will develop into other areas of our processes.

Other deliverables in this role include:
Quality Improvements – how do we address immediate issues but also how do we manage long term and future improvements

Process Improvement – understanding and developing our process to drive improvement and the ability to consider the bigger picture

About You
As they Quality Improvement Coordinator you will be able to demonstrate proactive structured problem-solving skills with a focus on corrective and preventative actions.

Experience in a FMCG environment with knowledge of quality processes or relevant experience in a quality discipline in other industries.

You will be able to quickly understanding of the sites regulatory requirements and internal policies.

To be successful in this role you will need excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with key stakeholders.
