Salary: Starting from £38,000 to £40,000
Shift Pattern/Start Time: Monday - Friday
Location: Hebburn
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) 45 hours

What does this job involve?

• To take operational leadership and budget responsibility for managing a safe and efficient operation or section of the operation for the Warehouse and Stock for Tradeteam and our customers.
• Plan and manage all stock counts and audits of inventory
• Produce and analyse stock reports, recommending changes to enhance accuracy when identified
• Train team members to ensure full understanding of the warehouse management system (WMS) and operation
• Ensure the relevant work instructions and standard operating procedures for the operation are in place and are followed
• Act as the first point of contact for the customer relating to site PI matters and build a good relationship to develop trust and ensure strong engagement

We are looking for people who:

• Must have more than 2 years warehouse management experience at Warehouse Manager level.
• stock control knowledge.
• Solid operational experience, exposure to different site operating practices
• Strong commercial acumen
• Strong IT skills
