• Ensure the site health, safety and environmental policy is effectively deployed
• Responsible to ensure the necessary resources are made available for its implementation via nominated colleagues
• Have clear understanding of Objectives & KPIs applicable to your role and to the team
• Develop your TDM according to your Roles & Responsibilities and validate it with your immediate leader
• Assign tasks according to daily resource planning received from Second Line Leadership
• Track team and individual performance of the employees.

• First line management experience
• Previous warehouse management experience
• Strong communications skills
• Ability to manage change processes
• Ability to deliver results under stress
• Act independently without direct supervision

Security Process to work within Aviation and Travel at DHL

• Be able to provide 5 years address history
• Be able to provide 5 years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
• To obtain a full airside ID
