Class 2 LGV Driver

Pay Rate: £34,766.05
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday- Friday Day shifts
Location: Reading - RG2 0BS

DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking an Class 2 LGV Driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will

• Manage the daily transportation and distribution of volume goods from site to stakeholder location, supervising / handling the loading and unloading of goods, with related machinery.
• Supporting local Multi -Stop Delivery Routes, operating within a set radius
• Be comfortable to lift heavy loads as part of a 2 man crew
• Be comfortable working around alcohol
• £2,000 attendance bonus

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• 6 months minimum experience using the class 2 license is essential
• Manual handling experience is desirable
• Hardworking
• comfortable working around alcohol
