What does this role involve?

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in helping to plan, manage and track a multitude of projects and initiatives across the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning and managing a series projects across R&D, production and some business initiatives
• Ensuring the availability of clear and granular timelines, in conjunction with the various management teams.
• Supporting the Product Owner in coordinating and prioritising work across teams.
• Clearly understand the critical path and project risks, facilitate transparency and seek mitigation strategies.

Requirements

You will need:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Planner. Depending on experience, candidates from a Production Planning background may also be considered.

• Extensive knowledge and application of project management practices.

• Experience working in a hybrid Waterfall/Agile environment would be advantageous.

• Experience working with technical engineering projects that have high complexity.

• Excellent communication skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders.

We use loads of open-source software, and we’d love for you to contribute to projects while you are here – and you’re welcome to take some time for personal projects too.
