We are a small company that specialises in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, and offering them as much support as they need to be as independent as they wish to be. They are supported in a person centred way to enjoy a full range of activities and access the community, again as independently as they want in order to live the most fulfilling life possible.
The home has six bright and modern bedrooms. It is situated on bus routes with easy access to both Charminster and Winton. Also being next to the Meyrick Park recreation area
The role of a Support worker is to provide personal care and support to our residents in accordance with their care plan, ensuring a high standard of care is provided in a safe, positive and stimulating home environment.

Minimum requirement to work:
· You must have the right to work within the UK ·
· You must have a good standard of English and be able to communicate effectively ·
· A warm, compassionate and personable nature with the ability to work with patience, tact and understanding.
· NVQ Level 2 desirable or a willingness towards this.
*The position will be subject to a DBS being completed, although DBS' registered to the update service are acceptable.
