Sales Assistant

We are looking for a polite, well spoken Sales Assistant and Ambassador on a contract basis to support our exciting pop-ups. You will be greeting and serving customers, advising and assisting customers with the clothing, supplying information and brand responsibility towards sustainability and eco-friendly processes, and conducting sales transactions.

We currently have the pop up from W/C 6 MarchREPLACEMENT_STRING 20th March at JohnLewis Brentcross and W/C 20th March at JohnLewis Whitecity. Having said that, we will have having multi-store pop-ups scheduled simultaneously every month in the 2023.

You are not expected to be available on the entire duration of pop-up, but it would be helpful if you have several days you can work with us.

As a Designer Friday Sales Assistant/Ambassador you’ll be:

• Proactively driving market exposure and brand awareness
• Be part of our marketing campaigns that we run during the pop ups
• Answering basic product and service-based questions
• Processing payments and registering new customers
• Taking time to build rapport and engage with customers
• Attend regular meetings and updates of the campaign

Requirements:

• Passion for sustainable fashion and lifestyle
• An outgoing and target driven mindset
• A genuine passion for working with people
• Experience working as part of a team
• Customer service (Preferred, but full training will be given)
• Able to commute to London W12

Additional information:

As we are expanding the company, we are also looking for candidates with additional skillsets. In your application, please mention other relevant skills you can bring to our brand (e.g. office administration, social media marketing, content creation, IG/Tiktok, photography, etc.)

Job Type: Freelance

Salary: £10.00 per hour
