Breakfast Chef

We are looking for a Breakfast Chef to join us at Derby Arms in Longridge. To support with Breakfast and Lunch service, 7am-12pm or 7am-3pm.

About Derby Arms:

The Derby Arms is in the Forest of Bowland, and sits between Longridge and Chipping. One of our smaller hotel sites, it has 6 en-suite hotel rooms, a bar, lounge and snug area, a casual dining restaurant and a covered alfresco dining space. The Derby Arms is one of our Seafood Pub Company sites and is passionate about quality and using the best regional produce.

Their main menu of British Classics changes with the seasons; and their Seafood Specials are created by their team of chefs on site, making the most of the catch of the day and the best quality seafood available.
