Position Overview & Specifications

Dentsu Inc. has taken the initiative to create a data platform that will be the basis of all client reporting globally. As part of this rollout there is a requirement to support and train the users across the different regions as they on board to the new platform. This role will support the team that has the responsibility for creating and delivering the relevant materials to support the rollout and education around the self-service data platform.
Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, the Junior Trainer/ WalkMe developer is responsible for helping media and agency teams learn by delivering Instructor Lead Training, via the WalkMe platform.

Job Description:
This is an ideal role for someone who is looking to start a technical career or retrain.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supported by the global team, research and learn the processes and benefits of the data platform
  • Break down the technical elements of the platform so the materials are understandable to all trainees
  • To facilitate the successful setup and roll out of the platform within the Americas
  • Learn the WalkMe software to be able to code solutions for the dentsu connect suite of apps
  • Update and add training modules as new features are made available on the data platform
  • Maintain the learning environment so that it is professional, clean, and up-to-date.
