Joining our cutting-edge Digital Media Team as a Digital Media Assistant, you will automatically be enrolled into our unique and industry-leading dentsu Digital Performance Academy.
These positions are on a hybrid working basis, meaning you will work both from home and in our Leeds office. They are full time, permanent roles (37.5 hours per week), with a starting salary of £21,300 p.a.

- Helping to deliver high quality, innovative marketing campaigns across various digital platforms including Google Ads, Facebook and TikTok
- Completing quality checks to ensure we deliver world class campaigns for our clients
- Generating reports and insightful analysis on the effectiveness of our campaigns
- Completing all relevant training and accreditation e.g., Google, Facebook
- Keeping up with what’s happening in the world of digital marketing; trend spotting for clients as well as staying up to date on how digital platforms are changing
- Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to follow processes, multitask and prioritise work accordingly is important
- A high level of numeracy and literacy is important due to the nature of the role being analytical and often client-facing
- Your ability to work under pressure with attention to detail as we are usually up against a tight deadline!
- A desire to collaborate and work as a team. Building relationships with your colleagues is key to being successful at dentsu
- A love of problem solving & analytical skills. These will help you thrive in your role due to the nature of the work that we do
- Experience in excel would be great, but not mandatory
