Position Overview & Specifications
Essential requirements:
- Level 4 in Food Safety in catering or a higher qualification.
- Some food safety auditing experience.
- Hands-on, friendly and can communicate effectively
- Able to work independently and pro-actively within guidelines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Well-presented individual who takes pride in a professional appearance.
Desirable requirements:
- Some catering operations experience.
- IOSH Managing Safely/ NEBOSH General Certificate or higher qualification or studying towards one of these qualifications.
- NEBOSH Fire Safety qualification.
This role is offered on a casual worker agreement basis for event day work only, with most events taking place at weekends and/or in the evening.
