Warehouse Operative - Evening Shift (Immediate Start)

Pay Rate

• Starting rate: £11.50 (Including Shift Bonus)
• £12.09 per hour from 6th February 2023 (Including Shift Bonus)
• Pay scale increase on completion of 1 year and 2 years’ service
• Weekly Paid, Permanent Contract

Working Hours are 37.5 per week, as follows:

• Monday-Wednesday 3.30pm-1.30am, Thursday 3.30pm-1.00am.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Picking and prepping of orders for the production and wholesale teams, booking in orders, checking in deliveries
• High level of manual handling – including lifting items up to 20kg
• Regular use of forklift, pallet truck, reach truck and order picker
• Involvement in stock take and replenishment of stock

Essential Criteria

• Previous similar experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good level of physical fitness due to regular manual handling and lifting
• Computer literacy for stock movement systems
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Legal entitlement to live and work in UK

Desirable Criteria

• Valid forklift license
