Responsibilities
As an Accounting Technician, you’ll:
- Collaborate with the team to gather and manage data for accuracy and reliability.
- Use cutting-edge tech to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Present data in a clear and meaningful way, enabling clients to make informed decisions.
- Continuously monitor and improve data quality and integrity.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong bookkeeping skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Be proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Have excellent problem-solving abilities to address complex data challenges.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have effective planning and organisational skills
- Good time management
- Be familiar with Xero and Dext
- Ideally have Prior experience in accounting practice is a plus.
The successful candidate will be a friendly and enthusiastic team member with previous experience working in practice, who is comfortable working with the latest digital technologies and speaking with clients.
