£15,000 to £17,000 (Market suppliment considered for an exceptional candidate) For full time all year-round staff, we are offering a Welcome Bonus of £500* (*T&C's apply) - Pro rata to FTE
We have an exciting opportunity in our English and Maths department for a part time or full time Teaching Assistant at Nescot based in Epsom, Surrey. We are seeking an individual who wants to work with and inspire our students to develop their skills for exams. This will see you working with small groups of up to 5 and on a 1-to-1 basis.
The Teaching Assistant position will give you valuable experience for you to pursue a potential teaching career in teaching at Nescot. Our teachers and managers will help you gain your confidence as you contribute to the development of the learning within the department.

A Teaching Assistant will be dynamic, have experience of working with young people to improve their English and Maths skills particularly at GCSE level, and put students at the heart of everything you do. An effective Teaching Assistant will understand how well your students are performing and act to help them improve.
