What is TX?

TX (Tenant Experience) provides landlords and agency teams with a premium viewing experience for potential occupiers.

With a dedicated designer and bespoke technology platform, tenants can design their new office space by customising their layout and choosing finishes.

They leave the viewing, knowing what the space will look like, how much it will cost, and when it will be ready.

The Role:

TX is looking for an individual to join their innovative growing team as a designer and viewing host. A design minded individual with good presentation and design skills to support the team on all aspects of the design process; from initial concept to quickly turning around space plans and advising potential occupiers on general arrangement. This individual will not only support the traditional design process but will also help in creating content for the TX technology platform.

A day in the life:

The TX designer is in charge of providing the ultimate tenant viewing experience, supporting the agency team to present the TX technology on site in the TX suite. During a viewing, taking a brief from the potential tenant, using the touch screen to mark up the plans. Guiding them through the TX platform to pick their space plan, design scheme and finish choices. Then post viewing, quickly turning around revised space plans.

Supporting the TX team to design up schemes, space plans, visuals, and finish choices for the TX technology platform. Always being on the lookout for innovative materials and products to implement into the TX designs – with sustainability being at the forefront.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in commercial interior design (1-2 years)
• Confident presentational speaker
• Is well organised and works well under pressure and to tight timescales with an eye for detail.
• To be able to quickly turn around space plans.
• Passionate about design, talking confidently about material specifications.
• Self-motivated, able to manage own time & to be trusted to do so.
• Friendly, approachable, confident & comfortable in a fast-paced creative industry

Programmes experience:

• AutoCad
• InDesign
• Photoshop

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £32,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
