Position Overview & Specifications
Introduction
Our client is a world class engineering consultancy who operate across multiple sectors including Defence and National Security.
Be part of something exciting and work across a range of capabilities including bids, projects and procurement. Ideally you will have strong supply chain experience, and be able to work with Business Process Outsourcing.
This role offers hybrid working patterns: 40% on-site / 60% remote working.
Key responsibilities
- Manage carious stakeholders with varying requirements.
- Source suppliers and undertake appropriate boarding and BACM checks.
- Execute NDAs (Non-disclosure agreements).
- Issue ITTs (Invitation to tenders) and RFQs (Request for quotations).
- Partake in supplier negotiations.
- Undertake supplier review meetings.
Skills & experience
- Experience working with Business Process Outsourcing.
- Experienced in supplier management & development.
- Develop & maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Hold a relevant qualification (MCIPS, MCILT, IoSCM, IACCM).
- Experience working with NDA’s (Non-Disclosure agreements), ITT (Invitation to tenders) and RFQ (Request for Quotations).
