Position Overview & Specifications

Overview:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and efficient Data Input Clerk to work remotely as part of our team. As a Remote Data Input Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data in our company database, verifying and correcting data errors, and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting and updating data in the company database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Verifying and correcting data errors, and maintaining data integrity.
  • Ensuring all data is entered and updated in a timely manner and meeting the deadlines.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures related to data input and management.
  • Organizing and maintaining data records, files, and reports.
  • Assisting with management projects, as required.
  • Communicating with other team members to ensure data input and management processes are running smoothly.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of company and customer data.
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data input and management.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Access to a reliable computer and internet connection.
