Position Overview & Specifications

Who are we looking for?

You're curious and ask brilliant questions. Clients feel comfortable talking to you and sharing with you. You don't put people on the spot: rather, you coax them to share information, facts and processes so you can help their business improve and grow. You're unafraid to make suggestions that lead to the best result. You have the discipline to assess a business from the top-down, without getting distracted by small details.

You know that solutions are important. You also know the importance of understanding and resolving underlying issues. You appreciate strategy, direction and vision. This doesn't come without risks: but you know how to document, mitigate and manage them, all whilst keeping key stakeholders on-side. You take clients on a journey with you, including everyone. People trust you.

Oh. And you've never, ever said “That's not my job”. You know that to support your colleagues and clients you'll need to step outside of your role from time to time and keep all plates spinning.

What might you be doing?

  • Engaging with key client stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Designing innovative solutions for complex client challenges
  • Assisting with/leading the implementation of operational improvements and refinements
  • Accurately delivering high quality work to agreed timelines
  • Taking the initiative and knowing how to jump straight in
  • Managing key client stakeholder relationships and making our clients love you (and us)
  • Managing competing demands and time sensitive tasks
  • Supporting client engagements, including pitches and presentations
  • Helping to support & grow the consulting workforce and team at Daintta
  • Representing us and our core values: Transparent, fair and daring

Sounds like something you'd enjoy? Here's a bit more about you:

  • You are degree educated, with consultancy experience
  • You've worked in client delivery before – and have worked across a range of client projects – including some in data intelligence, technology or security domains
  • You are confident at stakeholder engagements including 1-2-1 interview and leading workshops
  • Your interpersonal skills are second to none
  • You are security cleared or capable and willing to undergo security clearance
  • You are an innovator and expert in business consulting
  • You have UK security clearance at SC or above or are eligible and willing to go through clearance

Location?

Hybrid, with 2-3 days working from Daintta office or on client site as required.

What's in it for you?

In addition to being rewarded fairly for your contribution to the business, you get to work in a dynamic organisation that is agile and responsive. A business that is growing fast and where you get to drive and shape the future. A place where you are respected by everyone and your voice is important. Somewhere where you can be innovative and creative. A place where you have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of business from marketing to sales, to delivery and business operations.

Time to tell you about us!

We are Daintta. We provide deep expertise with technical and business specialists to help clients and organisations secure and protect the UK. In complex environments, we use innovative methods to solve the hardest data challenges to help organisations make more informed and accurate decisions, at scale and faster. We are agile, responsive, independent, and collaborative while our values of Fair, Transparent and Daring guide all our decision making.
