The Role:

I’m looking for a Logistics Analyst to work to in a busy Logistics team, reporting to the Head of Operations. The role will work closely with 3rd party logistics providers, the customer service team, suppliers and the internal buying department.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating forecasts for our 3PL’s and finance teams
  • Generate reporting on 3PL performance against SLA’s
  • Generate reporting on customer fulfilment
  • Track key logistics and customer service KPI’s
  • Track and report on all costs on the following areas:
    • 3PL’s
    • Carriers
    • Freight & Duty
  • Manage projects with our IT team to enhance our procurement and fulfilment processes
  • Develop and enhance our reporting on all areas of logistics and customer service
  • Work closely with our finance team to produce month end reporting and regular budget packs
  • Work with our 3PL to improve our stock integrity and reduce short shipping of customer orders

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Advanced understanding of logistics, fulfilment and supply chains
  • Excellent Excel and numeracy skills
  • Excellent data and analytics skills
  • Able to present data and paint a clear and easy to follow picture
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work as a team player and work towards shared goals
