You will be responsible for designing and executing the Leadership and People management development agenda, so our colleagues have the capability to meet our business priorities and deliver great results. You will support the development of interventions aligned with our Values and Leadership / People Manager Expectations Framework, contributing to the overall Talent & Leadership strategy and support Currys’ transformation agenda.


As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:


  • Designing, owning and managing our people manager curriculum to upskill and develop high quality people managers
  • Supporting the roll out of the new Leadership and Manager Expectations Framework
  • Partnering, influencing and gathering insights from key stakeholders (e.g. Head of Talent, Leadership & Learning, HRBP, CoEs and Listening Forums) to ensure solutions are aligned to the business needs and cost effective
  • Partnering with Talent to ensure high quality development plans are in place for all key successors of critical roles
  • Working creatively to provide leading edge solutions for High Potential talent and critical cohorts
  • Building relationships and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible solution is developed and delivered
  • Overseeing relevant vendor relationships and partner with Procurement to ensure that Currys is maximising its relationship with all related vendors
  • Working on Currys’ approach to evaluating Leadership interventions and ROI


Key Skills, Qualifications & Experience required:


  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • Strong ability to design and execute development interventions and tools
  • Experience of facilitating and delivering training programs / learning interventions
  • Good knowledge of leading-edge development strategies and understanding of how to leverage different learning methodologies
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to manage senior stakeholders
  • Strong vendor management skills
  • Demonstrated agility and flexibility for adapting to changing circumstances
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
