Hygiene Operative - Night Shift

Crust and Crumb Breads Ltd is based in the Carn Industrial Estate, Craigavon, specialising in the production of high volume quality frozen and chilled bakery products for leading retailers and manufacturing customers. We specialize in producing Garlic Breads, Baguettes & Speciality Breads.

Duties will include but not limited to: -

• Carry out daily cleaning duties to agreed standards & schedules, to include all factory areas.
• Maintain and clean all equipment to highest standards.
• Ensure safe use of all cleaning and hygiene equipment.
• Ensure Hygiene/cleaning standards are met to highest standard, audit ready every day/Paperwork fully completed/compliant to audit standard
• Participate in all relevant training required, provide cover for colleagues as occasionally required
• Report all H&S issues using the Near miss reporting system, report all accidents.
• To carry out all other duties which are relevant to the job

Person Specifications

• Experience in a similar hygiene role required.
• Good communication skills, to be able to understand and accept instruction and fit to carry out required duties
• Highly reliable, a good timekeeper and able to work under own supervision

Shift - Night shift 9pm - 6am

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £10.25 per hour
