We're seeking an experienced, hard-working and energetic Bar Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have restaurant experience and a strong knowledge of bar drinks as well as alcohol brands. He or she is also required to adhere to work schedules and follow all company policies. Furthermore, the right candidate should know how not only to mix drinks but also how to make customers feel welcome and relaxed. Hours will initially be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday aprox 30 Hours which will increase to full time when summer arrives. Ideally looking for someone with a bit of pub management experience and can work on own initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Take Orders and place through till Epos system
• Deal with customers in a polite, professional manner.
• Be responsible for the cleanliness of the bar and
• Have knowledge of types of draught beers etc.
• Check customers for ID if looking younger than 25yrs old.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 - 30 per week

Salary: £9.90-£10.00 per hour

Day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Brighton, BN1 6SA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
