Our 3-year Level 7 apprenticeship programme will give you the skills and support you need to build your career at Crowe within the Audit department of our Maidstone, Kent office.

What to expect

Our Audit team focus on delivering a high-quality audit, responsive to the needs of the business. Auditing and financial reporting is at the core of financial governance for many, if not all, organisations, and our team respond quickly to the ever-changing business climate.

You will be a key member of the team from day one and will get involved with client work quickly, exposing you to the depth of services that Crowe provides, and the wide variety of organisations that we advise.

Your Study Route

During your apprenticeship you will work towards the ACA qualification, providing the foundations for your development, and giving you the qualifications and tools, you need to succeed in your career.

You will be supported throughout your studies by our People Development team at Crowe, and a talent coach from your study provider.

Whatever your ambitions, your professional development will continue well beyond your trainee years.

Our minimum requirements

Degree - 2:2 or equivalent

BBB (or 112 UCAS points) from three A Levels (or equivalent)

GCSE grade 4 (C) or above in Maths and English Language

The ability to travel to clients and other offices is essential for the role, and a full UK driving license is preferred.

Throughout your training programme, you will also be required to attend off-site external training, where overnight stays are necessary.
