You

The agency are looking for people who have a great blend of skills from creative and strategic thinking, and strong internal communications background. You'll likely have 10 years+ industry experience, with experience within an agency or consultancy environment desirable but not essential, with deep experience of delivering large scale internal communications projects of a significant scale. Strong organisational and planning skills, along with excellent commmunication and interpersonal skills.

The role

You will be leading specific projects and communications programs particularly internal (sometimes external) marketing and communications campaigns. You’ll help develop communication strategy and distil information into narratives that lead to the creation of concepts and assets, working closely with internal design, digital and video teams. You will develop solid client relationships and get deeply involved in the story that clients want to tell, directing and facilitating strategic communications designed to meet business goals. The agency is fast-paced and dynamic, and you'll be expected to be in the middle of any project coordinating progress, resolving issues, planning resources, and motivating team members.

The agency work remotely but you must be based in the UK for occasional meetings.
