Midweight Digital Designer

We’re working with a fast-growing, top notch Digital Agency in Manchester that specialise in the Web3 space looking for a Midweight Digital Designer.

Our Client

This agency has quadrupled in size in the last 2 years and have recently moved into larger studio space to accommodate further growth, that they fully kitted out to suit their needs. The agency is very relaxed, they work hard but they enjoy what they do and they have fun too, this isn’t an agency where people sit with their headphones in. They want someone who doesn’t take themselves too seriously and is easy going and can have a laugh.

The Role

You’ll lead UI and Digital Design projects from briefing, through to design and delivery, working closely with Brand, UX and Development teams in order to design creative experiences that follow brand guidelines and user requirements. You’ll be comfortable presenting and delivering concepts internally and to clients, both in person and virtually.

You

You’re someone who is incredibly passionate about spacing, icons, buttons, forms – the whole UI experience and how it flows step by step. You’ll have 2+ years’ experience producing responsive Digital Design for websites and apps, as well as proficiency with Figma/XD, Photoshop and Illustrator. They’re looking for a team player who is organised, great attention to detail and always strives for perfection as a Designer. The CD and MD love developing talent and supporting designers to grow, and they see this role ideal for someone who is ready to move on to become a Senior Designer in the next year or two. Any interest in the Web3 space would be beneficial but not essential.
