Cowdray Park Polo Club is considered the home of British Polo and hosts up to 600 matches per season including the British Open for the Gold Cup which attracts the largest single polo audience in the UK.

Are you the exceptional Grounds Supervisor we are looking for to maintain our world class playing surface and nurture the Jewel in the Crown of the Cowdray Estate?

Reporting in to the Polo Manager, this role is the perfect combination of Supervisor and hands-on grounds maintenance. You’ll be as comfortable leading, planning and budgeting, as you are operating machinery – our reputation for being best in class really will be in your hands.
