Position Overview & Specifications
Cove is looking to engage with a detail oriented Service Administrator for a fixed term remote working opportunity for 12 months for a local client operating nationally.
Your role will work within The Enhanced Service Administrators team, liaising with the Technical Assistance Centre engineers to ensure service is provided to their customers.
Our Ideal candidate will be someone who is a quick learner, proactive, having a high level of attention to detail is one of the key requirements, ability to perform well both individually and as part of a team.
Your role will be remote - working from home, fully supported by chat hubs and weekly Teams, although may occasionally be needed to work from Chepstow or Newport (Primarily for training, development and team meetings).
Responsibilities;
- Providing a high level of customer service to some of our key customers
- Taking commercial calls via the telephone from SLA Customers
- Acting as a single point of contact
- Updating information recorded on service management system with progress notes and updating customers
- Working to tight deadlines
- Progressing MAC (moves, adds and changes) work
- Raising Sales Orders & Purchase Orders.
- Managing email
- Asset management.
- Call logging
- Billing & authorising invoices for payment as required by Finance
- Liasing with the customer to ensure they are kept up to date
- Liasing with Service team members including engineers and Service Delivery Managers.
Requirements;
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to deal with Service Partners
- Ability to work to deadlines under pressure
- Good administration and organisation skills
- Have good communication skills especially via the telephone
- Numerate and accurate
- Possess good PC skills
- Ability to use Excel/Word/PowerPoint is a must
- Must be able to work on own initiative.
- Must be a good team player.
The package;
- £11 -11.50 Per hour
- Monday to Friday to cover 9-5 over 37hours per week
- Remote working opportunity
- 6-12 months contract
