About our exciting opportunity
.
The role is key in the Network Operations team, working with the Operations Deployment Manager to oversea the workloads of the Fibre Engineers. Duties include:
-
Ensure that field engineering cover is accurately provided by managing staff and on-call rotas
- Observe FTTP repair works by engineers.
- Quality assess works carried out on fibre networks
- Assist the fibre engineers and sign off on surveys of new locations and repairs to existing networks
- Work closely with managerial staff within the Operations department to identify patterns and issues as well as working to improve the day-to-day running and efficiency of the engineering team
Your skills and experience
- SA001 and SA002 (essential)
- S7/S8 PIA (Essential)
- IPAF (Essential)
- NWRSA (Essential)
- 2 years supervisory or management experience (essential)
