Supervisor

• Previous experience as a Floor Manager / Supervisor in a high-volume restaurant
• Advance knowledge of coffees, cocktails, wines, liquor and champagnes
• Hands on, sleeves up supervisor who can lead and inspire an established team with integrity and passion
• Know how to handle big numbers without breaking a sweat, and strive to make those numbers even bigger
• Have an obsession with perfection and strive to be the best at everything you do
• Know everything there is to know about running a perfect shift, wowing guests, and supporting your line manager to achieve success
