Requirements

What will you do?

This is a varied role but in the main you will be responsible for supporting the Head of HR in the delivery of our people strategy and initiatives, managing the onboarding process and providing HR admin support to managers and employees. No two days will be the same your activities could include anything from routine data entry to researching new suppliers to taking notes at meetings, to supporting the development of new HR systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as first point of contact for line managers and employees for any people related queries.
  • Manage the onboarding process following an offer being made.
  • Accurate completion of pre-employment checks in line with Government legislation.
  • Drive to look for ways of continually doing things better and suggesting ways of improving processes and procedures.
  • Preparation and Issue offer letters and contracts of employment.
  • Work with Senior Management to ensure all employees are onboarded effectively (includes access to site, systems and equipment).
  • Provide support on HR projects/initiatives.
  • Support and manage the probationary process for new employees ensuring meetings are completed in a timely manner.
  • Provide support with the annual salary review process.

This role would suit an individual who has had previous HR admin experience and is now looking to make that next step and progress their HR career.
