Position Overview & Specifications

We’re an independent social media agency and team of creatives, social experts, content publishers and change managers.

We're all about driving conversations and transforming organisations inside and out. We combine big agency thinking with the speed and agility of a social publisher.

Completely wired into popular culture, our work connects brands with their audiences at scale.

And we’re just getting started…

In 2023 we have ambitious plans for our agency to get to the next stage of growth and truly become the stand-out social agency in the UK, the US and beyond.

We have a strong platform for growth and have made great strides forward – now we really want to take things to the next level.

The role:

We’re looking for an editor/videographer who will be editing, shooting, designing, creating, and delivering brilliant work for a range of global brands. At Coolr, we don't just want button pushers, we want people with their own creative ideas and technical solutions to produce great social moments daily, across social platforms.

Minimum 4+ years’ editing/shooting experience at a production/post company or in-house at a creative agency.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a first-class editor, with social experience.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Especially Premier Pro, Photoshop and After Effects.
  • Translate design concepts and storyboards to create high-end edits with a social first focus.
  • Be able to work at pace and possess a contemporary stylistic flair that can flex to all types of filmed content and all types of clients.
  • Have a sound understanding of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Confident with all digital moving image formats and technical delivery specifications.
  • Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills.
  • Love social and have a strong interest in emerging creator talent.

You will:

  • Be a proficient, stylistic, and confident hands-on filmmaker/social creator.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of operating professional cameras and basic lighting kit, alongside the ability to create and shoot high-quality video content to tight deadlines.

If the above sounds like you, please share:

Link to your reel/Website, CV and the 3-5 pieces of work you are most proud of. Please tell us what you personally did on those projects. If you want to make anything specifically to sell your skills, we’d love to see that as well, but it’s not essential.

We’re looking forward to hearing from you.

Our Culture:

We are one team.

Regardless of what you work on at the agency, we help and support each other on everything.

Our goal is to turn our clients into rockstars by creating ground-breaking, award-winning and impactful campaigns for them.

The team culture is to go above and beyond and push out of our comfort zones to strive for excellence.

We are a young and hungry business with the motivation to succeed - and we want people who want to achieve the best things in their career.

We work hard. We play hard. And we celebrate the wins – no matter how big or small.

It’s fun, sometimes crazy and we’re growing fast…

Come join us.
