Offering Fusion Cuisine using organic and local products, great selections of wines and top notch cocktails & mocktails and artesian shisha. We are looking for positive Chef to join the Team.

Conspiracy Lounge are looking for a creative, passionate, highly motivated Chef to help deliver high quality food and experience for our customers.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in a similar, high quality, ingredient led restaurant.

We are currently looking for a chef to join our kitchen team. The role requires someone who can manage a section, prepare, and deliver our menu, with the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

o Run a section in an efficient, clean, and tidy manner

o Assist in carrying out stock control, ordering and stock rotation

o Prepare and serve all dishes to the highest quality

o Report any maintenance requirements and hazards to Head Chef or GM

o Support Commis chefs in carrying out their duties

o Attend food, service, operational meetings as and when required

o Minimalize food waste and spoilage

o Ensure all opening and closing checklists are completed

o Be self-motivated to help develop own skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
