Role Overview

We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to work in conjunction with the Marketing team to understand their objectives while developing and maintaining a consistent visual identity to support company goals.

The ideal candidate will develop and maintain the brand look and feel throughout their designs, and will have strong communication skills to work in collaboration with other departments. The Graphic Designer should have decent experience in B2B graphic and editorial design principles, able to work from a brief and be able to generate ideas and designs themselves. The candidate will also help with occasional Website and Software UI related design tasks.

As a Graphic Designer, the candidate will work closely with the Creative Director and collaborate regularly with the Marketing, Animation and UI teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Marketing, Animation and Product Development teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels
• Contributing creative ideas and solutions to various design projects
• Social media graphics including global Holiday celebration cards, Usps,blog cards and website thumbnails
• Working alongside Marketing to produce retargeting ads and other campaign media
• Bespoke documentation design as an ongoing project working with Sales and Account Management
• Owning and distributing sales deck, testimonials and collateral as required
• Events including Christmas seating plan, invites - graphics etc
• Creation and ownership of Whitepapers, testimonials and Solutions use cases
• Creation of Infographics
• Website graphics and headers image
• Monthly Client Email newsletter - collaboration with Product and Marketing team
• Maintain Google image profile
• Assisting with occasional UI tasks

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must have, this is a highly collaborative role which will work closely alongside multiple teams across the global business
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Graphic Design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Figma experience is an advantage but not essential
• Experience in editorial design and creating product documentation
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour theory, and information design
• Excellent communication, time-management, and organisational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of projects
• Experience with UI design and web design is a plus
• A portfolio that showcases the candidate's design skills and creative thinking
• Experience in a B2B SaaS company would be a strong advantage

Candidates must have a concise and comprehensive portfolio that is easily viewable online which showcases their strongest work. Any candidates that do not adhere will not be considered.

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
