Position Overview & Specifications
- Over 18 and have the legal right to work in the UK
- Going into your final year of higher education in Autumn 2023
- Able to come to our London office on a daily basis
- Available from 5th June to August 11th 2023

- Provide administrative support for the wider team as required
- Review creative briefs
- Assist with in depth editorial research (trends, content, influencers, talent and background) - provide concise summary reports
- Assisting on shoots, location research, casting and talent matters
- Maintain reporting and process documents
- Collate, file and distribute presentations
- Attend meetings as required, taking minutes and supporting on actions
- Ad hoc support duties as required by the wider team
- Proactive, curious, and diligent - a self starter who is not afraid to ask questions but is also able to self service solutions
- You will potentially be studying for a creative, production, film or media degree
- An understanding/awareness of technical film processes and the digital landscape is an advantage
- Strong communication skills - you are able to interact clearly and concisely in writing, in person and virtually
- Aware of and enthusiastic about CNE’s content and how it is presented across multiple formats
- A genuine interest in and understanding of social media - you are curious about the content you see and how it is made
- You’ll thrive if you enjoy any (or all) of these areas: fashion, consumer trends, architecture, travel, and pop culture
- We’ll show you how to use our tools - but you should be comfortable with mobile apps, cloud based platforms, file sharing, and Google Suite
