Starting as soon as possible, ongoing contract

£13.00 to £14.00 per hour

Full time hours, Monday to Friday – DAYS

Completely Care are recruiting for an experienced Young Person Housing Support Worker for an ongoing contract working in Oxford. This service provides accommodation based support to care leavers.

The role will involve assessing referrals, supporting individuals with move on options, managing a caseload of clients and working in close partnership with external agencies to create support packages for individuals. Experience of working with young adults with complex needs is and advantage.

Other key requirements include;

Excellent communication skills
IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft packages in order to produce letters & reports and store/retrieve information from databases
Full ongoing availability
Experience in Health and Social Care with a multi disciplinary team
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate to help others
