We are growing quickly and we’re looking for someone with marketing experience to work in the consumer facing ’Build to Rent’ (BTR) real estate Industry. No direct real estate industry experience required.

Job Summary

The Marketing Associate is responsible for community-level marketing performance of a portfolio of BTR properties. This position provides innovative marketing solutions that leverage culture of CompassRock BTR to maximize property performance. This person will use their expertise in digital and mobile marketing techniques and their understanding of the market landscape to support, guide, and provide feedback to the on-site teams.

This role is part of the corporate team but works closely with the property teams on marketing campaigns and suggests creative solutions to maximise the properties visibility to potential renters, while encourage resident retention

The position is based in the London Baker Street office, but will require regular visits to our properties (South East of England).

Key Responsibilities

· Creating and implementing Marketing Programmes. Recommend and execute effective property marketing programs and offerings, including lead generation, retargeting, marketing automation, and digital and social media to accelerate success for the communities in a region/portfolio.

· Responsible for executing the marketing plan and leasing activity at all lease-ups in a region / or assigned portfolio.

· Collaborate with on-site property team and Regional Managers to design a customized, effective marketing strategy for growth at all properties in the region and/or assigned portfolio.

· Mentors on-site property teams in collateral development for various web portals social media, and print.

· Competitor marketing Analysis. Understand the market landscape, including technology and marketing trends, competitor leasing, and marketing strengths and weaknesses related to property management firms.

· Branding. Responsible for developing the branding and marketing plan for all lease-ups in a region/or assigned portfolio.

· Works with senior management on new business opportunities.

Experience / Qualifications / Skills

· Minimum 2 years post qualification experience.

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.

• Experience with digital, creative, and branding agencies preferred.
• Experience with managing website and social media content, both creating content and posting of this.
• Experience with creating / designing own marketing collateral preferred.
• Experience in Google Analytics and Google AdWords is preferred.

· Experience with social engagement and marketing campaign management on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, and Pinterest is not required but desired.

• Effective presentation and facilitation skills.
• Microsoft office suite proficiency: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Consistent, exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to prepare on-target project deliverables without heavy supervision.
• Must be comfortable conducting training to small or large audiences.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability to shifting needs, evolving priorities, and urgent situations that arise.

Renumeration / Bonuses / Benefits

Salary: £33,000pa to £38,000pa

Bonuses: CompassRock will seek to pay bonuses to the candidate for meeting targets, with potential for further bonuses for outperformance of targets.

Salary: £33,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
