Staffing Assistant - Manchester, Piccadilly

We are looking for a professional Staffing Assistant to support at Escape to Freight Island, Manchester, Piccadilly. It is an amazing bar and event space in the heart of Piccadilly.

We are looking for someone to support on-site, primarily on Saturdays and Sundays plus one day in the week - Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. A typical shift would be 10:00-18:00, however, this may vary.

Key Responsibilities

The below outlines some of the key responsibilities and job roles you will be required to do.

• Supporting staff check-ins.
• Contacting staff regarding Lateness/Absences
• Communicating with the Operations teams on-site regarding any changes that may occur on the day.
• Being a friendly face and ear to listen to staff to talk to.
• Supporting with weekly reporting and general admin.

This position would be offered as a 3-Month Guaranteed minimum hour contract for 24 hours a week.

All our Staffing Assistants must have a variety of skills, including patience, empathy, and time management. They possess sound judgment and communication aptitude. You will also have to have strong ethics and a collaborative spirit. Teamwork created the foundation that makes us successful.
