We are working with a growing care provider who have a portfolio of care homes across the North of England, providing nursing, residential and dementia care to elderly people.

My client is seeking a nurse qualified Home Manager who has previously worked within the elderly care sector to run a medium sized care home that provides nursing and dementia care. The home has high occupancy and a good, supportive staffing team. The CQC of the home requires some turnaround due to the latest CQC inspection, so it is important the Home Manager has experience of CQC inspections and strong leadership skills.

The Candidate
The successful candidate must have Home Management experience working within an elderly care home and proof of running a successful home previously.

The candidate must be able to evidence positive CQC reports in previous roles, as well as provide experience of increasing occupancy within a care home or keeping occupancy at a high and stable level. The Home Manager must be able to encourage and support the staffing team to provide excellent care and meet the requirements set out by the business and CQC.

Location
This role is based in Liverpool, and is commutable from the Wirral, Warrington, Wigan, Southport and Chorley

Summary
My client is seeking an experienced nurse qualified Home Manager with exposure to working within an elderly care setting, where the successful candidate can work to high standards and ensure the home is running in line with CQC requirements. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of £50k per annum.
