Salary - £45,000 + benefits

Remit

Compass Associates are pleased to be working with an extremely valued client who are currently looking to recruit a Residential Home Manager for their medium - large sized Residential Home based in the Hastings area, which provides elderly and dementia residential care within the home. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing within a residential home and in addition to supporting and inspiring a team you will be required to focus on providing a high quality of person-centred care in line with the CQC regulations, supporting and developing the team you're leading & ensuring a sound financial performance.

The Candidate

The successful candidate is required to have strong residential home management experience and have extensive CQC knowledge with experience of turning homes around. My client is looking for someone with strong commercial acumen coupled with a genuine passion and enthusiasm for dementia and elderly care.

Requirements

Proven Residential Care Home management experience.
Strong working knowledge of CQC.
Understanding of compliance guidelines.
Genuine passion in elderly care.
NVQ Level 5 / RMA qualification.
Strong commercial awareness.

Location

This role is based in the Exeter area and would be commutable from Lyme Regis, Torquay and other surrounding areas.
