SIA Door Supervisor - Doors

Compact Security are looking for confident & experienced SIA Licensed Security Staff, to join our team. We have opportunities available to work regular shifts. We are seeking door staff to work high profile venues in Manchester City centre.

Rates start from hourly rate of £12.00 per hour including holiday pay. Holiday pay is indicative because it is accrued at 12.07% for every hour worked in accordance with your average pay rate over the previous 52 worked weeks. If you work at a different rate the pay and holiday pay will change accordingly

To be considered for employment with Compact Security in this role you must be able to meet the following minimum requirements:

• A valid front-line SIA Licence
• Provide documentation at interview which demonstrates your eligibility to work within the UK and unrestricted right to work in the UK for a minimum period of 12 months
• Be fluent in spoken and written English
• Previous security/crowd management experience
• 5-year checkable work history (including school, further education and unemployment)
• Excellent personal presentation and verbal and written communication skills
• All offers of employment are subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks

This role would be suitable for current SIA Licenced Security Officers or Door Supervisors based in the Manchester/North west area

Current SIA license is essential for this role so if you have this and experience in a similar role with the ability to work confidently on your own and as part of a team get in touch
