Dynamic and enthusiastic full time and part time support workers required for a variety of daytime hours and waking nights shifts.
About our client:
The role will involve supporting a 30-year-old male with Cerebral Palsy living in his own home and assisting him to fulfil meaningful activities in the community, support with all aspects of personal care, domestic duties and day to day living tasks.
We are currently looking for support workers in Humberston Cleethorpes area who are passionate about support and believe in supporting people as they would want their closest loved ones to be treated.
Ideally you will have some experience of working with additional needs, supporting individuals with learning disabilities within their own homes and the community.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new care team who will be supporting the client in a transition to his own home.
As well as care and support, you will be trained by treating therapists once appointed to be able to carry out a rehabilitation programme. The therapy team includes an Occupational Therapist (OT), Neuro Physiotherapist, Speech and Language Therapist, Music Therapist and a Massage Therapist.

Rates of pay: Monday to Friday £15.00 per hour
Saturday and Sunday £16.00 an hour
Bank holidays £30.00 per hour.
An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable. Otherwise, the applicant must be willing to undertake Care Certificate training.
All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Adult Workforce Barring. Full training will be provided. A full clean driving licence is essential.
