Care Supervisor (Domiciliary Care)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Care Supervisor to join a well-established specialist Home Care service provider, providing individualised care package to support and enable people to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own home.
Key Role
As a Care Supervisor, the position is partly field-based you will be responsible for conducting observations, supervisions and liaising with Care Workers regularly to ensure they are supported in their roles. You will be preparing rotas, taking on new packages of care, liaising with social workers / family members to mentoring and supervising care workers.
This role may occasionally involve providing personal care & supporting vulnerable adults in the Community with all aspects of their day-to-day living, including social and physical activities, personal care, mobility and meal times.
**To be considered for this role you will need to have a full driving licence and access to your own Car**
Your duties will include:
- Developing good working relationships with external stakeholders
- Supporting the team with growth
- Setting up new packages of care
- Producing rotas for care workers
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the service
- Handling and recording complaints and compliments
- Providing on-going support to service users, their families, friends, and stake holders
- Monitor, supervise, support and mentor our care team
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation, written reports and administration is completed to a high standard and within a timely manner
- Deliver personal and non-personal care to clients if necessary

Requirements:
- You will need to be caring and have a flexible attitude to work.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Good basic computer skills
- 1 Year minimum experience as a Senior Carer /Care Supervisor (Domiciliary Care)
- NVQ Level 2/3 Health & Social Care (Required)
- Available to work alternate weekends
- Be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
- Right to work in the UK
