Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Global Warehouse and Distribution Associate Director for Spares Operations, this role will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency and maintenance of data and process integrity across all ISS Operations Sites.

• Manage diversified inventory of products across multiple categories and multiple levels in bills of materials.
• Manage and maintains Global integrity controls in Receiving, Inventory and Shipping for ISS
• Track and research large cost variances of inventory discrepancies and assist in finding solutions for inventory shortages, overages, and damages
• Work with Warehouse and Distribution leaders on continuous improvement initiatives promoting productivity and efficiency
• Develop inventory tracking mechanisms and metrics to improve inventory efficiencies
• Design, develop and implement a shelf-life process for inventory management
• Close collaboration with Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure inventory accuracy and proper service level goals including cycle count requirements, initiatives, and improvement projects
• Facilitate meetings with functional area owners
• Interacts frequently with Sr. Business Leaders and key stakeholders
• Reviews all levels of the Warehouse and Distribution functions and ensures our control measures are being managed appropriately for all ISS divisions
• Manages simple to moderate complexity programs

Key Requirements:

• Requires full technical proficiency in the theory and practice of area of specialty
• Must have proficient computer skills including ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word
• Must have demonstrated strong business development and strategic planning skills
• Solid understanding of statistics and financial analysis
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to apply quantitative and qualitative thinking to problems
• Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of tasks and multiple priorities
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
