Office Cleaner
Reports to: Compliance Manager

We are currently recruiting for an Office Cleaner to enhance the standards of our modern office spaces. You must be experienced and reliable, with the ability to undertake the following duties:

Key Duties

· Cleaning desks in the office and meeting rooms

· Cleaning internal windows and windowsills

· Cleaning of all touch surfaces (doors, handles, handrails)

· Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.

· Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.

· Hoovering of carpeted areas.

· Emptying waste bins, transporting waste material to designated collection points.

· Be able to competently mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.

· Clean communal kitchen areas

Personal Skills:

· Reliable and trustworthy to work independently

· Friendly and positive attitude

· Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English).

· Previous experience in cleaning environment.

· Knowledge of cleaning substances and techniques preferable.

· Be able to work without supervision.

· Be able to follow a schedule and work to deadlines.

· Good timekeeping and personal presentation skills.

· Cleaning equipment provided

· Free parking available

Successful Applicants will need:

· Minimum of 1 years’ experience preferred.

· Live within the local area.

· Happy to undertake a DBS check that the company will purchase

Hours of work

· Mon – Fri 4pm – 8pm
